1. What hardwax-oil products you use for re-oiling?
In our waxing and re-oiling services we use hardwax-oil and maintenance oil from Osmo, Bona, Woca and Loba brands - are all available in matt and satin sheens.
2. Can you supply matching flooring for floor repairs?
In most cases when floor repairs are required we can supply same age of parquet flooring blocks, solid or engineered wood flooring planks. In some cases we may need to produce planks or blocks from same timber material, to match the existing flooring.
If we cannot find the same product or material, we can supply the closest timber and do a close colour match with floor staining.
3. Is gap filling covered by your Service Guarantee?
Gap filling with saw-dust and rasin filler on floorboards is exempt from our Service Guarantee.
While working on the surface of your floors during floorboards sanding / repairs we endeavour to make every effort to increase its solidness, before proceeding with the gap filling. It is in fact the solidness of the floor boards, as well as the condition of its support (joists) that will define the durability of the gap filling, not the quality of the product we use or our service.
4. Do you offer a Service Guarantee and what does it cover?
