On completion of your floor renovation service you will receive an invoice for the works and we accept payment by card, bank transfer or cash.
Payment options and our details are available with our online sales invoice.
2. Can I book floor sanding service while I am away on business or holiday?
Permanent personal presence is not required during the time of the floor sanding works and we offer key collection and return service.
However, we strongly advise that either yourself or a representative on your behalf is available when required for decisions related to colour, finish and furniture, which will require moving around by our team.
Also, please note that while we take all reasonable care to ensure that your property is safe and secure, we are not responsible for guarding your property, particularly when there are other builders on site. Therefore, please make sure that you discuss any particular arrangements with us in advance if you are planning to be away during a floor sanding service.

4. Is gap filling covered by your Service Guarantee?
Gap filling with saw-dust and rasin filler on floorboards is exempt from our Service Guarantee.
While working on the surface of your floors during floorboards sanding / repairs we endeavour to make every effort to increase its solidness, before proceeding with the gap filling. It is in fact the solidness of the floor boards, as well as the condition of its support (joists) that will define the durability of the gap filling, not the quality of the product we use or our service.
