1. Is there a minimum charge for a small job or small area?
Yes, as per our Terms & Conditions there is a minimum charge per booking, which varies on type of services.

2. How many coats of lacquer are included in your service?
For domestic floor sanding services, we apply 1 coat of primer followed by 2 coats of lacquer. The final sheen options are extra-matt, matt, satin, and gloss.
For floor sanding in public spaces (offices, schools, church halls), we use 1 coat of primer and 3 coats of commercial-grade lacquer, with sheen options including extra-matt, matt, and satin.
Extra coats are available upon request, but we do not recommend more than 5 coats, including the primer.
3. What is the lead time for your floor sanding services?
Lead times can vary, but usually we accommodate works within 2 weeks even in the summer when there is higher demand for the service. We do get cancellations and availability can be random, best is to check with member of the team if your floor restoration works are urgent.
4. Do you offer a Service Guarantee and what does it cover?
We stand behind the quality of all our floor restoration services.
