During our free site survey, we did detailed inspection of the wooden floors & discussed with the client all possible choices, followed by itemised quote with our floor sanding & repairs pricing for engineered wood flooring.
Our client has decided to go for floor sanding of beech engineered wood flooring and finishing the floors in matt Lacquer.
How we completed this beech engineered wood flooring restoration...
Engineered wood flooring comes with different depth of the top layer. During the site survey, we have identified the remaining thickness however, our team will verify again, there is sufficient depth before starting the floor sanding works.
During the beech engineered floor restoration, the entire area is going through a process of levelling with coarser grids, finishing with finer grids, and finally buffing, prior to the application of the sealant & between the coats, for perfect results.
Our works included approx. beech engineered wood flooring floor renovation and finishing in matt lacquer. The sealing went down with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Bona Mega lacquer.
Overall, this floor renovation project in Raynes Park was completed as originally planned and to the satisfaction of the client.

Did you know this about beech flooring?
Beech is one of the hardest and most flexible timbers. In commercial use, this is the type of timber used for sport floors, in gyms and schools, which we refinish regularly throughout the year for many public and education establishments.
